{"id":123,"date":"2019-02-14T00:15:24","date_gmt":"2019-02-13T23:15:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tienda.araecbd.shop\/blog\/?page_id=123"},"modified":"2019-02-14T00:15:24","modified_gmt":"2019-02-13T23:15:24","slug":"cbd-properties","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/araecbd.shop\/blog\/en\/cbd-properties\/","title":{"rendered":"CBD Properties"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>CBD is quickly absorbed through the oral mucose and is detected in the plasma 15 minutes after the first intake.<\/p>\n<p>CBD is metabolized in the liver, being widely metabolized resulting in more than 30 metabolites in the urine.<\/p>\n<p>When administered in conjunction with food, their metabolism increases the maximum concentration of CBD in plasma (Cmax) by about three times and the duration of CBD in the blood as a primary metabolite by about five times the aid value (parameter AUC).<\/p>\n<p>This is very important when considering taking the CBD on an empty stomach or with food intake.<\/p>\n<p>There is a high degree of variability of these parameters between different people, providing very different values that have to do with the weight of the person, age, sex, and genetics of the family of enzymes that are responsible for metabolizing the CBD in the liver, specifically the family of cytochromes CYP3A4 and CYP2C19 of the enzyme complex P450.<\/p>\n<p>For this reason, there are certain incompatibilities in taking the CBD together with some prescription drugs, and its use is not recommended in conjunction with the following therapeutic groups:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Antibiotics: Rifampicin, Ketoconazole, Itraconazole, Ritonavir, Clarithromycin.<\/li>\n<li>Anxiolytics: Carbamazepine<\/li>\n<li>Antiepileptic: Phenytoin, Phenobarbital.<\/li>\n<li>Herbal antidepressants<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CBD is quickly absorbed through the oral mucose and is detected in the plasma 15 minutes after the first intake.
