{"id":119,"date":"2019-02-14T00:13:39","date_gmt":"2019-02-13T23:13:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tienda.araecbd.shop\/blog\/?page_id=119"},"modified":"2019-02-14T00:21:44","modified_gmt":"2019-02-13T23:21:44","slug":"la-biologia-y-la-quimica-del-cbd","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/araecbd.shop\/blog\/la-biologia-y-la-quimica-del-cbd\/","title":{"rendered":"La biolog\u00eda y la qu\u00edmica del CBD"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Como acabamos de avanzar, la biolog\u00eda del CBD en el organismo se la debemos a la relaci\u00f3n de su estructura molecular.<\/p>\n<p>En concreto el CBD, a diferencia del THC, no produce efectos psicoactivos, esto se debe a su nula influencia sobre los receptores CB1 cerebrales, puesto que es conocido que la acci\u00f3n t\u00f3xica del THC se debe a su actividad sobre receptores CB1 intramitocondriales, desestabilizando por tanto, el equilibrio energ\u00e9tico neuronal.<\/p>\n<p>En lo concerniente al CBD, multitud de efectos biol\u00f3gicos han sido descritos, siendo adem\u00e1s muy interesante resaltar su sinergia positiva que conjuntamente puede ejercer con el resto de los terpenos de la planta, lo que se conoce como efecto s\u00e9quito.<\/p>\n<p><b>Cannabidiol CBD<\/b><\/p>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<th>Farmacolog\u00eda Reconocida<\/th>\n<th>Sinergia terp\u00e9nica<\/th>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Antioxidante<\/td>\n<td>Limoneno et al.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Ansiol\u00edtico v\u00eda 5-HT1A<\/td>\n<td>Linalool, Limoneno<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Anticonvulsivo<\/td>\n<td>Linalool<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Citot\u00f3xico en tumores de mama<\/td>\n<td>Limoneno<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Aumento se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n v\u00eda receptores de Adenosina A2A<\/td>\n<td>Linalool<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Efectivo frente a MRSA<\/td>\n<td>Pineno<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Disminuye la secreci\u00f3n seb\u00e1cea\/sebocitos<\/td>\n<td>Pineno, Limoneno, Linalool<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Activo en tratamiento de adicciones<\/td>\n<td>Cariofileno<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>El CBD tiene un efecto analg\u00e9sico[i], neuroprotector y con un efecto metab\u00f3lico antioxidante mayor que la vitamina C o E (Ascorbato o Tocoferol, respectivamente)[ii], y sin ser un inhibidor de la enzima COX[iii]act\u00faa como un agonista TRPV1 (receptor vaniloide) an\u00e1logo a la capsaicina (compuesto natural de plantas del g\u00e9nero Capsicum), pero sin sus efectos nocivos[iv], adem\u00e1s de eso tambi\u00e9n act\u00faa inhibiendo la captaci\u00f3n de AEA (Araquidonil etanolamina o anandamida; \u00e9ster del endocannabinoide Anandamida con el \u00e1cido araquid\u00f3nico) y d\u00e9bilmente inhibiendo su hidr\u00f3lisis.<\/p>\n<p>El CBD es un antagonista sobre GPR55 y GPR18, posiblemente de ese modo, apoyando un papel en fen\u00f3menos de migraci\u00f3n celular[v].<\/p>\n<p>El CBD tambi\u00e9n posee actividad anticonvulsiva[vi], antiem\u00e9tica[vii], citot\u00f3xica en tumores de mama[viii] y muchas otras l\u00edneas celulares, siendo adem\u00e1s un antioxidante celular para el resto de tipos celulares no transformados[ix], antagoniza el factor TNF-\u03b1, potencia la se\u00f1al del receptor de adenosina A2A v\u00eda inhibici\u00f3n de un transportador de adenosina[x], y previene la acumulaci\u00f3n de prote\u00ednas pri\u00f3nicas y la toxicidad neuronal[xi]. Se ha demostrado adem\u00e1s que el extracto muestra mayor actividad anti-hiperalg\u00e9sica que el compuesto puro en modelos de ratas con disminuci\u00f3n de alodinia (un tipo de dolor fibromi\u00e1lgico), mejor\u00f3 la percepci\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica y los niveles de factor de crecimiento nervioso, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n disminuy\u00f3 el da\u00f1o oxidativo[xii].<\/p>\n<p>El CBD tambi\u00e9n muestra actividad frente a Staphylococcus aureus methicillin resistente (MRSA), con una concentraci\u00f3n inhibitoria m\u00ednima que oscila entre 0.5-2 mg\/mL[xiii].<\/p>\n<p>En 2005 se demostr\u00f3 la actividad agonista sobre los receptores 5-HT1A a una concentraci\u00f3n m\u00ednima de 16 mM[xiv] y que a pesar de ser una concentraci\u00f3n muy elevada, subyace cierta actividad ansiol\u00edtica[xv]. Ha mostrado tambi\u00e9n reducir el riesgo de eventos tromb\u00f3ticos[xvi], tener propiedades antiem\u00e9ticas[xvii]y la habilidad para proporcionar mejoras cognitivas en modelos de rat\u00f3n con encefalopat\u00eda hep\u00e1tica[xviii].<\/p>\n<p>Un estudio reciente ha demostrado que el CBD a una dosis de 30 mg\/kg redujo el tiempo de inmovilidad en el test de nado forzado comparado con el antidepresivo tric\u00edclico Imipramina (P&lt;0.01), un efecto bloqueado por el pretratamiento con el agonista 5-HT1A WAY100635[xix] apoyando el hecho de considerar al CBD como un antidepresivo probable.<\/p>\n<p>El CBD tambi\u00e9n inhibe la s\u00edntesis lip\u00eddica en los adipocitos, y produce apoptosis a altas dosis en un modelo de acn\u00e9. Un ejemplo de los efectos antag\u00f3nicos del CBD respecto al THC es la observaci\u00f3n de linfopenia en ratas (CBD 5 mg\/kg) mediada por un posible agonismo inverso de los receptores CB2[xx], efecto no observado en humanos incluso a dosis de CBD de hasta 800 mg[xxi].<\/p>\n<p>El CBD ha demostrado ser cr\u00edtico en los extractos de cannabis como un potente analg\u00e9sico en pacientes oncol\u00f3gicos[xxii] (30% de reducci\u00f3n del dolor respecto a l\u00ednea base), mostrando una sinergia positiva en ese sentido en los preparados farmac\u00e9uticos ya comercializados en el mercado.<\/p>\n<p>Para m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n sobre el CBD no dudes consultar la bibliograf\u00eda de apoyo que ponemos a disposici\u00f3n de todos vosotros.<\/p>\n<div style=\"font-size: 10px;\">\n<p>[i] Costa B, Trovato AE, Comelli F, Giagnoni G, Colleoni M (2007).
