- 3.5 ounces (100 grams) of hemp seeds
- 0.26 US gal (1 liter) of water
- ½ tablespoon of vanilla (optional)
🎯 Hemp Milk Recipe
- Soak hemp seeds for 8 hours
- Fill a container with 0.13 US gal (half a litre) of prepared water
- Add hemp seeds to water, and vanilla or any other sweetener
- Shake vigorously for at least 2 minutes
- Add the remaining 0.13 US gal (½ liter) of water and keep on mixing for another half minute
- Allow the mixture to stand for at least 10 minutes
- Strain the mixture with the help of a tin or cloth filter
- Squeeze the filter well to expel every last drop of hemp milk
- It’s ready to use, but if you let it stand in the fridge for a couple of hours it’ s better.
